Your journey with us

As an SAP S/4HANA Cloud Manager at Deloitte Belgium, you will join our SAP practice and work with a dedicated team of practitioners exclusively focused on SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations. Together, you will help clients design and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions that support their digital transformation, with the opportunity to work across both the local mid-market and large multinational companies. You will play a pivotal role in leading projects, managing delivery teams, and further developing our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition capabilities in the Belgian and EMEA market. Next to delivery excellence, you will be expected to contribute actively to business development, client relationships, and the growth of our team.

As a Manager you will:
  • Lead SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their strategy, challenge where needed, and translate business requirements into fit-to-standard SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions.
  • Drive and facilitate effective fit-to-standard workshops in finance, procurement, or sales processes, with experience in at least one of these areas, helping clients make clear design decisions, adopt standard SAP processes, and maintain adherence to the agreed SAP S/4HANA Cloud scope.
  • Guide clients in adopting cloud-based SAP solutions, advising on implementation approach, governance, integration, embedded change management, and value realization.
  • Monitor project progress according to project management standards.
  • Promote innovation by exploring new SAP capabilities, including AI-enabled ways of working, and recommending enhancements that improve client systems and delivery efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and develop consultants and junior staff, ensuring they have the support, guidance, and opportunities needed to grow.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and helping build Deloitte Belgium’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition expertise.
  • Contribute actively to pre-sales and business development activities by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and collaborating with senior stakeholders.


Let's talk about you

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ERP solutions
  • Proven experience in managing SAP projects and teams, including scope, planning, budget, risks, issues, stakeholders, and delivery quality.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition or comparable SAP S/4HANA implementations, with a clear understanding of cloud delivery principles and fit-to-standard implementation approaches.
  • Proven experience designing and leading fit-to-standard workshops across areas such as finance, procurement, or sales processes—including change management integration and scope governance.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, engage senior stakeholders, and translate business needs into structured project outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, create structure, and drive progress in complex SAP delivery environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives or project streams simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a genuine willingness to help build our SAP S/4HANA Cloud business, develop market opportunities, and contribute to commercial growth.
  • Strong coaching skills and willingness to foster collaboration, grow talent, and contribute to the development of a high-performing SAP team.
  • AI-savviness in the context of team efficiency and ERP implementation delivery.
  • Fluency in English and either Dutch or French is required.
