As a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technology solutions, helping clients transform their sales and service operations through digital innovation.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories that guide technical teams.
  • Support the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Assist in the testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise business processes and CRM usage.
  • Participate in workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Let's talk about you

  • At least 1 year of experience in a functional business analyst role or working with Salesforce or Microsoft CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales, marketing, and service processes.
  • Ability to translate business objectives and user needs into functional requirements.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Fluency in Dutch or French and English.
