We are seeking a dynamic experienced Senior Manager to manage transformative engagements in Operational Finance, with a specific focus on automating Order to Cash (O2C) and Procure to Pay (P2P). This role combines deep expertise in finance operations with a passion for leveraging automation and emerging technologies to optimize performance. You will play a key role in delivering complex global client engagements, while also shaping Deloitte’s service offerings and go-to-market strategies in this space.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help refine (continuously upgrade) Deloitte’s finance operational excellence and intelligent automation offering
• Manage end-to-end transformation projects in finance operations, focusing on automating and optimizing O2C and P2P processes.
• Implement advanced automation solutions, with focus on forward-looking technologies including AI
• Collaborate with clients to assess current-state operations, identify pain points, and design future-state processes that align with business objectives.
• Bring expertise about market's best practices, KPIs and benchmarks
• Work with senior leadership to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for finance operational excellence and intelligent automation.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities and secure engagements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leaders, guiding them through their automation journeys.
• Represent Deloitte in client interactions, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives, positioning the firm as a trusted partner in finance transformation.
• Manage complex transformation and implementation projects, from design till go-live
• Ensure seamless delivery of engagements, managing global cross-competencies teams to achieve client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Manage and mentor diverse, high-performing teams to deliver excellence across client engagements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the practice.
Let's talk about you
• 7–10 years of experience in consulting or industry with focus on O2C, P2P and intelligent automation
• Deep understanding of finance processes, controls, and enabling technologies, including ERP platforms and automation tools
• Very good business development skills
• Proven track record of implementing automation solutions (e.g., RPA, AI, ML) within finance operations, delivering tangible business outcomes.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex situations into actionable solutions.
• Experience in building a vision and expressing that vision into a clear actionable story; experience in shaping and presenting proposals
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging CFOs and finance executive teams.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a passion for efficiency, cost optimization, and process excellence.
• Fluent in English and ideally French or Dutch
