To support our further growth, we are looking for HR Transformation Manager who wants to co-create the future with us. Someone who combines strategic People & Organisation sharpness, commercial/relational flair, leadership and creativity with the human touch that makes our team unique.

As Manager in our Human Capital Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping both our clients’ transformational journeys and our team’s growth ambition.

You will be:
  • The Trusted Advisor
    Guide clients through their transformational journey, from NextGen People & Organisation strategy over Operating Model and roadmaps to elevating the people function into a high-tough, high-impact and effective value driver.
  • The Market Growth Initiator
    Strengthen our market presence by driving market development and client acquisition initiatives that inspire, lead proposal teams and craft Wow-solutions that resonate deeply with both the market and the individual needs of our clients.
  • The Inspirator
    Stay ahead of the curve by developing your expertise in emerging dots on the horizon, the trends in the world of work, new operating models, enabling technologies and transformational approaches. Bring our NextGen people vision to life- embedding data, AI, digital ecosystems and future-proof capabilities into every single engagement.
  • The Project Leader
    Lead diverse bid and project teams to assess, redesign and implement solutions that unlock the full potential of people and organisations. Solutions that unlock performance and impact.

Let's talk about you!

You are someone that thrives at the intersection of people, organisation and transformation

  • Experience: At least 8 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing consulting.
  • A passion for the NextGen People and Organisation function: You have a proven track record in leading HR transformations and achieving sustainable high impact results.
  • Commercial Acumen: You understand business drivers and are able to translate them into impactful solutions and growth opportunities.
  • Technological Savviness: Strong grasp of how emerging technologies such as AI and other digital innovations are transforming the world of work.
  • A project and people leader: Adept at scoping, budgeting, proposal writing, risk management and stakeholder communication.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and either Dutch or French, with strong presentation and communication skills.
