Your journey with us
As a Senior Manager in our Learning Technology team, you'll be a strategic leader driving growth and market positioning of our learning technology offerings. You'll shape strategy for our Cornerstone and/or Totara alliances, build strategic partnerships, and lead large-scale learning technology transformations while establishing Deloitte as a market leader in this dynamic domain. Your role combines strategic business development with executive-level client relationships and the leadership of high-performing teams across multiple projects and portfolios.

In this role, you'll drive organizational transformation at scale, establish yourself as a recognized thought leader, build and develop high-performing teams, and work at the highest levels with our alliance partners. You'll have significant strategic impact on how organizations approach learning and development while ensuring sustainable competitive advantage.

As a Senior Manager within our Learning Technology team, you will:
  • Strategic Business Development & Market Leadership
    Shape market strategy and opportunity pipeline for learning technology - Drive strategic business development initiatives positioning Deloitte as market leader - Conduct complex sales conversations with CxO and board-level stakeholders - Build and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with Cornerstone and/or Totara - Develop market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.

  • Client Relationship Management, Strategic Advisory & Delivery
    Maintain CxO and board-level client relationships ensuring strategic alignment - Advise clients on comprehensive organizational learning strategies aligned to business transformation - Manage large-scale, complex learning technology projects and programs end-to-end - Drive organizational delivery standards and excellence across the practice - Manage complex stakeholder relationships across client organizations. 

  • Leadership, Expertise & Innovation
    Lead and develop managers and senior talent as coaches - Build and scale teams across multiple projects and portfolios - Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability - Serve as thought leader in learning technology, shaping market perspective - Drive innovation strategy and initiatives positioning Deloitte at forefront - Promote learning organization culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. 

  • Market Positioning & Thought Leadership
    Develop and shape professional brand through continuous business development - Engage in industry forums and thought leadership platforms - Contribute to development of market-leading service offerings - Shape external market perception and brand positioning.

  • Experience & Track Record
    10+ years in technology implementations and business development with substantial learning technology focus (LMS, LXP) - Proven track record driving strategic business development and achieving significant revenue targets - Success managing large-scale, complex technology projects and programs - Strong strategic client relationship management experience at CxO and board levels - Track record building and scaling teams across multiple projects and portfolios.

  • Strategic Business Acumen & Leadership
    Strategic mindset with ability to shape market strategy and identify emerging opportunities - Deep understanding of clients’ strategic business drivers and transformation objectives - Proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams across portfolios - Strong track record developing managers and senior talent as coaches and leaders - Demonstrated inclusive leadership fostering collaboration and organizational excellence.

  • Client Management, Communication & Innovation
    Exceptional strategic client management skills with proven CxO and board-level relationship building - Strong communication and presentation abilities with executive influence - Ability to conduct complex strategic conversations and manage sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems - Demonstrated thought leadership in learning technology domain - Proven ability to drive innovation strategy and initiatives.

  • Learning Technology Expertise
    Deep, strategic knowledge of learning technology platforms, particularly Cornerstone and/or Totara - Comprehensive understanding of LMS/LXP implementation best practices and organizational learning strategy - Understanding of how learning technology drives organizational transformation and business outcomes - Passion for learning in private and public sector organizations - Commitment to staying at forefront of learning technology trends and innovations.

  • Education & Qualifications
    University degree in pedagogy, psychology, IT, HR, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent) - Post-graduate degree (MBA, Master’s in relevant field, or equivalent) is highly valued - Relevant certifications in learning technology platforms, business strategy, or organizational leadership are advantageous.

  • Languages - Fluent in English and Dutch or French
