Monitor Deloitte’s client engagements are predominantly in industries and organizations facing important - often profound - transitions. We typically work with CEOs, (commercial) business unit heads and other members of the senior management team.

Your role
We are looking for experienced professionals to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and Life Sciences and Healthcare industry practice. 
As a member of our Monitor Deloitte team, you will work with stakeholders from many of the leading Life Sciences and Healthcare organizations developing on a broad range of complex strategy engagements. You will contribute to a wide range of projects within the Life Sciences and health care industry, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing:

The role of the Consultant or Senior Consultant includes:
  • Having quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with strong industry knowledge; 
  • Supporting the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute upon this strategy;
  • Delivery of engagements, sometimes independent delivery of larger project modules and/or steering a team of junior project team members
  • In addition, you will play an active role in business development and eminence activities, supporting the growth of our Life Sciences and Health Care industry practice and footprint in the industry.
Let's talk about you
  • Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university; 
  • Over two years of previous work experience at a top consultancy practice, strategy house or in a business in Life Sciences and/or healthcare industry;
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Life Sciences and/or healthcare industry;
  • Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks; 
  • Ability to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work; 
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders; 
  • Strong commercial acumen and market awareness; 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French. 

Our Strategy & Transactions offering portfolio combines the following teams: Strategy & Business Design, Infrastructure & Real Estate, Sustainability and M&A Valuation & Business Modelling.
Joining our Strategy & Business Design team will give you the opportunity to benefit from early client exposure and learning from some of the top practitioners in the field. You will work on the intersection between finance, strategy and operations and will be involved throughout the lifecycle of some of the largest, most complex and high-profile business questions in Belgium and internationally.
