Join Deloitte’s Business Tax practice focused on the Financial Services Industry (FSI). We are looking for an experienced Manager to contribute to diverse tax projects, supporting Banking and Insurance clients as they navigate evolving regulatory and business challenges.

 

As a part of our team, you will:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop teams in the planning and execution of corporate tax engagements.

Client Partnership: Build trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering tax solutions that support business growth.

Project Delivery: Manage projects end-to-end, including resource planning, risk identification, and issue resolution.

Quality & Standards: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, professional services aligned with Deloitte standards.


What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience: 6+ years as an external or in-house tax advisor within Financial Services, particularly Banking and/or Insurance.
  • Technical Background: Strong corporate tax expertise with exposure to indirect tax concepts and the Belgian FSI landscape.
  • Leadership & Delivery: Proven ability to lead projects, structure workstreams, and deliver client-ready outputs.
  • Skills & Mindset: Collaborative, proactive professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

To assist our clients in dealing with the intricacies of tax, our Business Tax team proposes the services of a multi-disciplinary team of specialists (lawyers, economists, accountants, IT-specialist, project managers), who are highly experienced. This experience spans assisting companies with corporate tax compliance, dealing with the complexities of local regulations and procedures - such as communicating with local tax authorities, setting up new registrations and filing returns. Our team in Hyderabad consists of professionals dealing with Corporate Income Tax compliance, pan-European Indirect Tax compliance, Statutory Accounting and general Project Management (including Engagement Coordination and Business Development).
