Every day, organisations face a multitude of challenges when embarking on complex Digital Transformation programs. 

We help them navigate towards successful transformations. For this, we work directly with executive management (CxO) to support them with the following key topics:

  • CIO Office & IT governance
  • Digital Transformation Roadmap, Program Portfolio
  • Digital Transformation Delivery

throughout their digital transformation.

We specialize in delivering a wide range of advisory and consulting services to CIO that encompass Business - IT strategy alignment, Digital Transformation Readiness, Program Management and Project Assurance for transformation programs (e.g., large strategic ERP implementations), Delivery Governance and Processes and Program Recovery.

  • You will be supporting clients building a future proof organization, transforming their IT processes and governance to ensure successful digital transformations.
  • You will be advising and supporting clients on strategic Digital Transformation projects and you'll help them to bring their projects back on track.
  • You are customer-oriented which enables you to develop and maintain strong relationships with client management and a commitment to deliver top quality service to clients.
  • You will maintain communication to manage expectations and ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met.

· 

  • Your office: our state-of-the art office at Zaventem airport. You will also be visiting clients on a regular basis.
  • You'll have a flexible work arrangement with both office and home working days (with the possibility to work abroad for a limited period of time each year).

Let’s talk about you

  • You have a Masters degree and between 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • You are a team player and foster teamwork 
  • You are able to guide junior team members (with support of the broader team)
  • You are a strong communicator with fluent language skills in English, Dutch and/or French
  • You have been part of implementation projects or have had some experience in Business/Functional Analysis, Project Management or PMO functions, other project roles, portfolio management, or other relevant experience with transferable skills…
  • Having certificates such as COBIT, ITIL, Prince2, Agile PM, etc. is a plus, but you also have the possibility to achieve these certificates at Deloitte
