Join our Reward & Analytics team within Deloitte's People & Purpose department and make a tangible impact on how we recognize and reward our talent. As a Compensation Expert, you'll be at the heart of strategic decision-making, translating complex data into insights that shape competitive, equitable compensation strategies.
What You'll Do
  • Lead our annual reward cycle, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with business goals. You'll be our go-to expert for our SuccessFactors compensation platform.
  • Drive market intelligence through benchmarking studies and market research to keep our compensation packages competitive and attractive
  • Unlock data insights, performing advanced analytics on compensation, benefits, and rewards data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Create impact through reporting by working with AI to use and build dashboards and compelling reports that tell the story behind our reward data
  • Co-shape our reward strategy: Contribute to both operational improvements and strategic reward initiatives that strengthen our employer brand
Let's talk about you

What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience in HR analytics, compensation and benefits, or similar analytical HR roles
  • You collaborate well and communicate across functions: from HR teams to finance to leadership, and adapt your message for each audience
  • Expert-level proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools; 
  • Experience with Compensation tooling (SuccessFactors...)
  • You thrive breaking down complex datasets, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into actionable recommendations
  • You take pride in accuracy and own the quality of your work from start to finish
  • Fluent English required; Dutch or French is a plus
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
