• You advise SME executives and family business leaders on all legal matters related to labor law, social security, and compensation & benefits.
• In collaboration with the team, you prepare and help deliver legal advice integrating a multidisciplinary approach and pragmatic solutions.
• You have a strong interest in all topics related to labor law and social security.
Responsibilities:
• Legal matters:
o Draft, analyze, and optimize legal documentation for our clients in labor law and social security, ensuring its relevance and compliance.
o Monitor legal, doctrinal, and case law developments in labor law, proactively alert relevant clients, and anticipate the impacts.
o Assess legal risks, propose action points, and synthesize complex opinions into clear and pragmatic recommendations.
o Assist clients in critical processes such as restructurings, reorganizations, and social inspections.
• Client relationship: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients by supporting them in managing their HR legal challenges.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary projects, bringing your expertise in labor law to support company acquisitions/sales, commercial agreements, and other strategic initiatives.
Let's talk about you
• You hold a Master’s degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in labor law.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in labor law, gained as a consultant, in-house lawyer, or attorney.
• You have an excellent command of French, with a good understanding of English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• You are:
o Organized, meticulous, and have excellent writing skills.
o Proactive and not afraid to take initiative.
o An enthusiastic team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
o Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• You are mobile and willing to travel to our French-speaking offices (Charleroi and Watermael-Boitsfort).
