As a Consultant in Learning & Development, you will contribute to the design and implementation of L&D initiatives that align with clients’ business and talent strategies.

Your core responsibilities include:
  • Instructional Design: Develop and implement innovative learning solutions using various methodologies and tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to support a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to support the alignment of L&D programs with business objectives.
  • Project Support: Assist in managing and delivering L&D projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Learning Insights: Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on your expertise and analysis of their needs (Blended learning journeys, AI within learning, Creating a learning culture,…)

Let's talk about you
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an L&D role with a focus on instructional design and project support.
  • Experience with Articulate 360 is required.
  • Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, L&D, or an additional 3 years of experience in the field is required.
  • Passionate about Learning & Development, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest evolutions in learning.
  • Strong expertise with learning methodologies and tools (authoring tools, learning principles and methodologies, LMS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design and implement innovative development solutions.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a critical thinker who questions existing processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Language requirements: English and French or Dutch.
