Initially, you will be required to deploy your technical knowledge in finance (financial plans, financial structuring, company valuation, etc.) by analysing historical figures, creating budgets and proposing financing solutions (after determining the exact needs). You will then guide the client through credit negotiations and the finalization of contracts.
In addition, you take on a negotiating role at all stages of a merger, sale or purchase process, with the collaboration of an experienced colleague. You are also constantly looking for new buying opportunities (national and international) for your customers.
Due to regular contact with the management, you are a trusted partner and play a major advisory role.
- While your technical knowledge is an important asset, your communication skills and commercial fluency are paramount to this role. This is because they will help you build new relationships with your customers and strengthen them in the long term
- You know the world of SMEs and have already established contacts with companies located in Walloon Brabant.
- After graduating from university with a degree in business orientation, you will have 1-3 years of experience (preferably in an M&A, accounting, auditing, controlling or consulting environment).
- You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is an added value.
- Working in a team is second nature to you.
