  • You clearly understand and get energised by helping clients face the challenges of managing and transforming technology landscape and organisations; 
  • You are strategic, resilient, engaging with people and a natural self-starter; 
  • You demonstrate your solid communication, analytical and problem-solving skills through your ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex ideas;  
  • You enjoy thinking outside the box and you are able to propose innovative and creative solutions. You are a driving force during brainstorm and whiteboard sessions; 
  • You are a strong team player and can easily connect with clients and colleagues; 
  • You demonstrate an ownership mindset and initiate your work independently; 
  • You have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant working experience including client-facing consulting role;  
  • You have professional level written, verbal and presentation skills in English + French/Dutch; 
  • You are committed to continually grow and develop your knowledge and skillset; 
  • Ideally you have some experience in leading more junior team members; 
  • Certifications within the ‘Business of Technology’ and Technical Transformation domains are considered a strong asset, e.g. ITIL, COBIT, SIAM, Agile, SAFe.

  • As a senior technology consultant and member of a client engagement team you’ll be a driving force for our work on the strategic, technical and organizational challenges that technology-led business transformation brings to our clients; 
  • Your mission context will range from strategic advisory through project & program implementation to optimizing technology operations; 
  • As an experienced member of the engagement team you will build top-notch client deliverables and guide our more junior team members; 
  • You will grow your leadership capabilities and directly interact with the delivery team, client as well as our managers; 
  • You will leverage industry-standard frameworks together with emerging technologies, business and delivery models and digital strategies in working towards an end-to-end transformation with the client; 
  • You will experience the strength of our multidisciplinary global Deloitte network for client engagements, giving you access to industry leading experts, end-to-end project and transformation capabilities as well as international delivery teams.
