Cyber threats continue to evolve, challenging organisations to stay ahead of attackers while maintaining resilience. Our Cyber Security team helps businesses defend their critical assets, safeguard digital identities, secure enterprise environments, and protect against emerging cyber threats to ensure operational resilience and business efficiency. You can take on many different roles within our team.
 
As a Cyber Defense Analyst, you will be at the forefront of protecting organisations against cyber threats. You’ll help detect and respond to attacks, perform threat hunting exercises, and enhance security operations. You’ll focus on:
  • Security Operations – Operating and improving threat detection and incident response capabilities using advanced threat intelligence, automation, and AI-driven security analytics.
  • Collaborate on purple teaming to validate and improve the detection capabilities of your clients.
  • In-depth security advise – Providing hands-on, pragmatic technical security advice to actually improve the security posture of your client (e.g. vulnerability management, device security, etc.).

  • You are passionate about cyber risk in high profile environments
  • You are capable of developing an effective cyber strategy and combat cyber threat actors and techniques
  • You look forward to working on bridging the gap between business and operational IT Security teams, by translating cyber threats into understandable business risks
  • You display a strong interest in technical and organizational aspects of cyber security, including understanding business contexts, identifying relevant cyber threats and assessing the maturity of cyber capabilities
  • You have an analytical mindset, can work autonomously, can handle multiple projects simultaneously and the pressure of deadlines. You are focused on achieving and exceeding client expectations
  • You have fluent language skills (English and Dutch or French) and you are a real team player
  • You have an interest in working in an international environment serving globally operating clients
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Cyber
  • Experience in working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), ideally at Level 1 or Level 2
  • Your approach is client- and result-oriented
  • Expertise in SIEM, EDR, NDR and/or XDR technology
  • Consulting experience, previous experience with organizational strategy and/or information security is a plus
