Role Summary:
In today’s reward landscape, data and analytics are becoming central drivers of change. Pay transparency and pay equity are rapidly gaining importance, accelerated by global legislation and the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive. At Deloitte, we help our clients prepare for these changes and achieve fair, transparent and effective reward strategies.
As a Rewards Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in this journey. Working as part of our multidisciplinary Global Employer Services (GES) reward team—which brings together experts in job architecture, job grading, tax & social security, people law, compensation, benefits, processes and reward technology—you will help clients translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable solutions.
We are looking for both Junior and Senior profiles:
- Junior Data Analyst: you will focus on preparing and executing analyses, supporting senior colleagues in delivering client-ready outputs.
- Senior Data Analyst: in addition to performing analyses, you will review the work of junior colleagues, engage directly with clients, and contribute to shaping client deliverables and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Junior Data Analyst
- Prepare reward and compensation datasets for analysis, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct statistical and regression analyses under the guidance of senior colleagues.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, R, Python) to support client discussions.
- Draft initial reports and presentations for senior review.
- Support the implementation of pay equity & transparency analyses.
Senior Data Analyst
- Lead the design and execution of advanced reward analytics projects.
- Review and validate analyses prepared by junior colleagues, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for clients.
- Engage directly with clients to present results and provide advice on next steps.
- Act as a key contributor within Deloitte’s pay equity & transparency offering, helping clients adapt to evolving legislation (incl. EU Pay Transparency Directive).
- Strong interest to bring advanced analytics (and artificial intelligence) into our client solutions & applications
- At least 1 - 3 years (junior profile) or 4 - 6 years (senior profile) of experience in data analytics
- Experience in applying statistical techniques
- Experience working with R or Python and Power BI (or other data visualisation tools)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and preferably one additional language (Dutch or French)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualisation tools
