Description of the position

Your journey with us

- Deliver impactful Transformation projects focusing on Marketing strategy, data strategy, value proposition, marketing automation technology and marketing campaigns both in B2C as in B2B.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.

- Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and lead A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging content.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Let's talk about you

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of driving growth in a senior role.

- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.

- A deep understanding of content marketing, including content creation, distribution, and optimization for SEO and engagement.

- Demonstrated expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to improve organic and paid search visibility.

- Experience in managing and optimizing social media channels organically and via advertising to build brand awareness, engagement with the target audience, and drive conversions.

- Proficiency in creating and executing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email automation, and A/B testing. 

- Ability to think creatively and adapt to changing market dynamics.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

-Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior marketers.

-A passion for driving commercial results and meeting KPIs to contribute to the company's growth and success.

-You have the ability to plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience.
 
-You are fluent in English and French or Dutch. Additional languages are an asset.
