Als Financial Advisor ben je een cruciale schakel in ons team in regio Antwerpen. Je bent meer dan alleen een advisor - je bent een strategische sparringpartner die vooruitdenkt en inspeelt op de behoeften van onze klanten.

Naast het beheren van klantendossiers begeleid en werk je nauw samen met een team van specialisten. Samen zorgen we voor een naadloze service en strategisch financieel advies. Kortom, je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel je collega’s als onze klanten, tot op C-level niveau.


Key responsibilities

• Data-driven insights: Duik in financiële overzichten en dashboards om klanten concrete, bruikbare inzichten te geven.

• Tech-savvy advisering: Gebruik geavanceerde, cloud-based tools om financiële rapportage en adviesverlening naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

• Ontwerp en implementatie van innovatieve, toekomstbestendige financiële ecosystemen die perfect aansluiten bij de klantbehoeften.

• Project Management: Leid klantprojecten van A tot Z, met focus op efficiëntie en topkwaliteit.

• Trusted Advisor: Word dé go-to expert binnen een multidisciplinair team dat KMO’s, familiebedrijven en (inter)nationale multinationals ondersteunt (enkel voor ATR).

• Networking: Werk samen met juristen, belastingadviseurs en andere experts om onze regionale klantenportefeuille te laten groeien.

• Mentorship en ondersteuning van je teamleden, en help hen groeien in zowel technische expertise als adviesvaardigheden.

• Tech-minded: Je weet hoe je technologie inzet om rapportages te optimaliseren en besluitvorming te versnellen.
• Een solide basis in financiële principes, regelgeving en analyse is jouw tweede natuur.
• Je hebt een klantgerichte mindset en bewezen leiderschapskwaliteiten in het aansturen van zowel klanten als teams.
• Resultaatgericht met een passie voor het opbouwen van duurzame klantrelaties.
• Growth mindset: Ambitieus, leergierig en vastbesloten om een succesvolle carrière uit te bouwen.
• Analytisch sterk met uitstekende communicatieve en kritische denkvaardigheden.
• Teamplayer & zelfstandig: Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar floreert ook in een collaboratieve teamomgeving.
• Je levert altijd uitstekende klantenservice en draagt actief bij aan business development.

Experience & education:

• Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring in Finance, Accounting, Audit of Controlling.
• Masterdiploma in een Economische richting  en/of Bachelor in Accountancy en Fiscaliteit.
• In het bezit van, of bereid om op korte termijn te behalen, de ITAA (Instituut van Belastingadviseurs en Accountants) certificering.
