In the role of a dedicated HR Business Partner, strong and sustainable relationships are built with your business leadership teams, taking responsibility for the future of your business groups. Understanding the organisation and its dynamic context, you have the ability to see the bigger picture. 
Leadership is demonstrated by acting as a critical and trusted partner, identifying talent challenges, taking an advisory role in addressing them, and turning them into talent action plans.
Close cooperation with other members of the Talent team and the national HR specialist teams (Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Learning, Knowledge Management) is essential.

Let's discuss the primary tasks and responsibilities:
  • Elevate the employee experience to enhance individual, team, and business performance.
  • Actively lead the talent management agenda for your business.
  • Drive the rollout and implementation of existing Talent processes according to the yearly Talent Calendar (including onboarding, performance and talent management, mobility, engagement and retention, reporting) within your business group.
  • Advise business leadership on specific or complex talent issues, the adoption of new Talent Initiatives, and team development.
  • Actively identify talent gaps and propose and implement mitigation actions.
  • Connect effectively with the people in your business to understand the organisational climate, act as a talent sounding board, gauge engagement levels, and identify talent challenges that need addressing.
  • Manage specific talent communications within your business group.
  • Think creatively, generate new ideas, and translate them into projects and processes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new Talent projects in line with our Talent Strategy.
Let's talk about you

  • You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in preferably an economical or industrial psychology orientation 
  • You have several years of experience in a HR generalist or a (Senior) HR BP position
  • You have experience in a relevant business environment (consultancy services, fast moving, complex) 
  • You show a deep interest in the development of human capital and want to become a business partner in Talent (a “know Talent, think Business, care for people”)
  • You are experienced in change management 
  • You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and/or French, and have an excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,…)
  • You have excellent communication skills and can easily build/manage relations with different (incl. high level) stakeholders
  • You work accurately, are flexible and adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • You are analytical and goal oriented
  • You are proactive and like to take initiative
  • You are a true team player
