We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Officer to join our HR Operations team. HR Operations provides operational HR support to clients to assist them in effectively managing both the employee lifecycle and their day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in social legislation and a keen interest in advancing towards payroll and Compensation & Benefits. This role is perfect for consultants with a first experience in HR who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Legislation: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social legislation and ensure compliance within the organisation.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR records, documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Payroll: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues and policies.
Let's talk about you
   
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A first experience in HR; min. 1 year and max. 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • You are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English.
