At Deloitte, the Talent Project Management Office supports the firm in shaping the HR Strategy and translating it into a variety of HR projects with the aim of building a Simply Irresistible Organisation. We act as internal consultants by mobilising, managing & executing HR projects and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders within HR and beyond.

We are looking for a tech savvy Project Officer for our internal Talent PMO team:
  • You will contribute to the definition of the HR Strategy and translation into concrete HR projects & initiatives
  • You will manage and actively contribute in complex HR projects (soft and hard HR)
  • You will be responsible for mobilising HR projects, by ensuring a clear problem statement/solution definition guided by data & analytical insights
  • You will actively propose solutions and monitor, validate and report on each project phase continuously evaluating progress and quality.
  • You will become part of a great team, that will be committed to have you grow in your career
Let's talk about you

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in a project driven role within a professional working environment
  • You have a strong affinity for HR technology and numbers - in data you trust
  • You demonstrate a keen interest in HR, and experienced-based knowledge of HR is an asset
  • You are a strong team player who actively contributes to the development of the team through coaching, knowledge sharing and exploring market trends
  • You have effective communication skills, both verbal and written. You are fluent in English and Dutch/French
  • You are able to build strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You are result driven, like to take on challenges. 
  • You can work in an environment that is fast moving and prone to change.
