We are looking for an experienced HR Transformation Manager to strengthen our team. In this role, you will engage in the following activities:
  • Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to our clients in transforming their HR functions, enhancing the efficiency of HR service delivery, and positioning HR as a High Impact player in the business. Additionally, you will create strategic roadmaps for the HR domain within our clients' organizations;
  • Project Leadership: Guide clients and project teams through assessing the current HR function, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing recommendations to achieve a best-in-class HR function;
  • Business Growth: Help our business grow through impactful business development - organize and lead bid teams;
  • HR Transformation Mindset: Proactively carry our HR Transformation mindset and High Impact model to the market;
  • Continuous Learning: Continuously develop your knowledge and insights on HR trends, HR service delivery models, core HR processes, and the use of enabling technology in the HR world.

Let's talk about you

  • Experience: at least 7 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing consulting experience;
  • Passion for HR Transformation: You have a proven track record in leading HR transformations and achieving sustainable high impact results;
  • Project Management: You are a dedicated project manager with skills in defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status;
  • Commercial Acumen: You have a commercial attitude and can make an impact that matters on the development of our business;
  • Technological Affinity: You have a strong affinity with and understanding of technology and the ways it transforms today’s way of working;
  • Language Skills: You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
