Your journey with us

You bring a strong blend of technology expertise and industry insight to lead architecture and technology discussions with C-level executives across different industries, with a strong focus on the Financial Services Industry (FSI).
You will support our clients across a wide range of projects within FSI, from strategy definition to implementation, by:
  • Leading high-impact conversations with senior stakeholders, combining deep knowledge of core platform solutions and (emerging) technologies—such as Generative AI, cloud solutions, and advanced analytics—with a clear understanding of industry challenges and opportunities;
  • Advising clients on how to harness next-generation technologies to transform their operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive innovation, while aligning technology strategies with business goals;
  • Designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, future-proof technology architectures that enable operational excellence and regulatory compliance in complex FSI-related environments;
  • Managing delivery teams and collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of technology-enabled transformation initiatives;
  • Further developing the OIDS team’s capabilities by sharing your expertise in technology trends and architectural best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning;
  • Leveraging your strong business acumen and technical leadership to support sales and client engagement activities, positioning the OIDS team as a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and industry transformation.

Let's talk about you

  • You have +6 years of relevant experience in technology, technology strategy, AI, architecture definition, or related fields, ideally within a consulting environment.
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of its operational landscape.
  • You possess a strong track record of driving technology architecture and strategy discussions, particularly involving emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex client requirements into clear, actionable technology roadmaps and scalable solutions.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing client engagements from strategy to implementation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and inspire C-level executives and diverse teams in a multinational context.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to balance high-level vision with practical execution.
  • Curious, proactive, and a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, with a very good command of Dutch or French.
