As the Audio Video Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing frontline technical support for audio and video conferencing systems and equipment. You will be responsible for assisting users with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication through audio and video conferencing technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support for audio and video conferencing systems.
  • Assist the AV team in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting audio and video equipment.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, ticketing system or chat.
  • Conduct remote diagnostics to identify and resolve audio and video system problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support or relevant technical teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of audio and video systems.
  • Provide user training and guidance on best practices for audio and video conferencing.
  • Stay updated with the latest audio and video conferencing technologies and trends.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation of support procedures.
