Ons M&A en Finance (MAF) team begeleidt familiebedrijven, KMO's en scale-ups bij fusies, overnames en financieringsvragen. Als marktleider biedt MAF een geïntegreerde oplossing met toegang tot experts in Accounting, Tax, Legal en Strategy. Wij leveren topkwaliteit, met focus op discretie en precisie. Met een sterke lokale aanwezigheid zorgen wij voor nauwe betrokkenheid en begrip van de behoeften van onze klanten.

  • Als ervaren M&A Manager maak je deel uit van een dynamisch team van professionals en sta je dagelijks in nauw contact met bedrijfsleiders en hun teams binnen de kmo-markt. Met veel autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid bouw je duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op en word je hét aanspreekpunt voor advies over uiteenlopende bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken.
  • In jouw rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor diepgaand marktonderzoek en analyseer je de sectoren waarin jouw klanten actief zijn. Je neemt een leidende en onderhandelende rol op tijdens alle fases van fusie-, verkoop- en overnameprocessen (A tot Z aanpak). Het opstellen van gedegen waarderingen van ondernemingen vormt een essentieel onderdeel van jouw werkzaamheden.
  • Daarnaast identificeer je proactief nieuwe aankoopkansen, zowel nationaal als internationaal, om zo de groeiambities van je klanten te ondersteunen. Binnen onze multidisciplinaire aanpak werk je nauw samen met fiscalisten en juristen. Tevens stuur je een team van junior collega’s aan en begeleid je hen gedurende het volledige verkoop- en koopproces.

  • Je bent gepassioneerd door fusies en overnames (M&A) en beschikt over diepgaande technische kennis die je combineert met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Door het intensieve contact met bedrijfsleiders en het begeleiden van complexe overnames, fungeer je als een betrouwbare vertrouwenspartner en strategisch adviseur.
  • Met jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht weet je nieuwe klantenrelaties op te bouwen en deze duurzaam te versterken. Je hebt een universitair diploma in een economische richting en minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een M&A-omgeving. Ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van een team is een belangrijke plus.
  • Je beheerst vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, en kennis van het Frans is een waardevolle aanvulling.
