Your journey with us

You join our team of highly experienced manufacturing consultants to perform advisory and implementation services at our clients. You use your deep functional and technical knowledge of leading Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions to help design and implement the perfect-fit solution for our customers.

You will help our clients transform their manufacturing operations leveraging digital technologies and advise them on potential solutions and implementation strategies, and ensure buy-in from client top management

Job Content & Responsibilities

  • Participate in business process definition, modelling, and feasibility analysis relative to MES
  • Define functional requirements and provide technical guidance to MES developers
  • Design, implement, and test business processes and master data within the system
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior decision makers at key clients
  • Organize and lead pursuit teams and proposal development initiatives
  • Develop innovative solutions and transformation methodologies for manufacturing operations
  • Create thought leadership content and contribute to industry publications and speaking engagements
  • Mentor and share MES expertise with team members
  • Let's talk about you
  • 2-5 years of experience in MES implementations and manufacturing operations
  • Proven track record leading full-cycle MES implementations in Life Science or Medical Devices
  • Expertise in MES strategy, requirement development, design, prototyping, and testing
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for manufacturing operations and smart factory concepts in a global context
  • PAS-X experience (preferred)
  • Fluent in English; additional European language (strong asset)
