As a Manager in Learning & Development, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing L&D initiatives aligned with clients’ business and talent strategies.

Your core responsibilities include:
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally. Collaborate effectively with leadership to align L&D programs with overarching business objectives.
  • Client Acquisition: Bring in new clients by showcasing the value of our Learning & Development offerings. Actively contribute to business development efforts, demonstrating Deloitte's expertise in workforce transformation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture existing client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality L&D solutions. Collaborate closely with clients to understand evolving needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Financial Management: Demonstrate expertise in budgeting proposals, managing team financials, and ensuring effective resource allocation. Keep track of team KPIs and financial performance.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Collaborate with the team lead to create a compelling vision for the team and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Visionary Leadership: Support the team lead in setting and communicating the team's vision, ensuring that each team member understands their role in achieving shared objectives.
  • Consulting Experience: Leverage your consulting background to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions that align with client needs and drive business impact
Let's talk about you

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an L&D role with a focus on project management. A strong background in consulting is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Education Sciences, L&D, or an additional 3 years of experience in the field is required.
  • Passionate about Learning & Development, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest evolutions in learning.
  • Strong expertise with learning methodologies and tools (authoring tools, learning principles and methodologies, LMS, etc.).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in designing and successfully implementing creative development solutions.
  • Ability to build trust at management level and provide targeted advice based on credibility and expertise.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a critical thinker who questions existing processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Excellent communication skills, hands-on mentality, and a process-oriented approach.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive mindset.
  • Language requirements: English and French or Dutch.
