Mission

En tant que Manager Real Estate, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la structuration financière, juridique et fiscale de projets complexes et dans le développement de notre équipe.  Vous serez responsable de la supervision des missions, de l’encadrement des équipes et de la relation client.

Vos responsabilités :
• Gérer des missions de conseil en immobilier (Revue limitée, évaluation, analyse de portefeuille, structuration de transactions, etc.)
• Diriger et encadrer une équipe de consultants
• Participer au développement des affaires et à la gestion de la relation client
• Analyser des données financières et modéliser des flux de trésorerie (cash-flows)
• Fournir des recommandations stratégiques en lien avec les enjeux immobiliers des clients
• Assurer la qualité des livrables et le respect des délais

Let's talk about you

• Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en finance et/ou fiscalité avec un focus sur l'immobilier
• Master en gestion, économie ou discipline apparentée (un Master en immobilier est apprécié)
• Intérêt prononcé pour le secteur immobilier avec une véritable fibre entrepreneuriale
• Esprit d’équipe (team player) et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
• Connaissances solides en comptabilité, notamment sur l’analyse des cash-flows
• Notions fiscales (ISOC, TVA) appréciées
• Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (la connaissance des macros est un atout)
• Bonne maîtrise de PowerPoint
• Anglais courant (++), néerlandais de base ou avancé (++)
