• Contribute to firm initiatives by supporting development of proposals, thought leadership, campus recruitment and market facing initiatives

• Improving the closing, consolidation and reporting cycle
• Defining the data and systems strategy. Supporting our clients with selecting and implementing new software solutions in the space of close, consolidate, and report
• Advising clients on complex accounting matters and changing reporting requirements
• Execute the consolidation processes via temporary support or managed services
• Leading and assisting a highly skilled team in the execution of client projects

• Master degree in economics or engineering or equally by experience
• Strong financial background and 6 to 10 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: closing, consolidation, internal & external reporting, external audit, financial assurance, and/or IFRS
• Hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills
• Team player and strong leader to coach and direct different team members
• Professional proficiency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory
• Audit, Consulting or Project Management experience is an advantage but not required
