Voor onze kantoren in regio Oost-en West-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Consultant/Manager die gepassioneerd is door consolidatie.

Binnen deze functie zal je uitgedaagd worden op verschillende facetten.

• Enerzijds ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van een 8-tal collega’s. Hierbij ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de planning, het opstellen en de coördinatie van zowel de economische als wettelijke consolidaties binnen het Fluence pakket (interne consolidaties). Het kwaliteitsvol proces en tijdig opleveren staat centraal. Om de kwaliteit te garanderen maak je de nodige analyse van aangeleverde cijfers en voer je een kritische en gedetailleerde controle uit.

• Anderzijds voer je zelf korte termijn consolidatie opdrachten uit bij de klant (externe consolidaties). Je zal tijdens deze opdrachten zowel instaan voor het opstellen van de consolidatie als de coördinatie van het proces. Het opmaken van procedures en trainen van mensen zijn enkele van de bijkomende aspecten die hieraan te pas kunnen komen.

• Verder schrikt het je niet af om de lead te nemen bij nationale consolidatie opleidingen en communiceer je vlot naar Fluence toe. Als lead zie je erop toe dat consolidatie-tools en templates uniform zijn en worden toegepast binnen het nationale team.

Your Profile

• Als Accountant, Revisor of gelijkaardig door ervaring, heb je minimaal 3 à 5 jaar consolidatie ervaring. Tijdens de opgebouwde ervaring werd duidelijk dat je sterk bent met cijfers, dat je gestructureerd en georganiseerd kan werken en verder ook punctueel en nauwkeurig bent. Ondanks je oog voor detail verlies je nooit het grotere plaatje uit het oog. Uiteraard ben je enthousiast over de digitalisering die zijn opmars maakt en ben je een echte teamplayer die toch met de nodige autonomie overweg kan. 
• Kennis van consolidatie-pakketten (SAP, Fluence,…), IFRS en ervaring met implementatie zijn extra troeven die je in deze positie ten goede kunnen komen.
