Your journey with us

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Marketing Technology projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and post-launch support. 
  • Advise clients on Marketing Technology Strategies, architecture, and best practices, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Oversee the integration, migration, and optimization of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS, CDP, DAM).
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing guidance on project delivery and professional development. 
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the Marketing Technology landscape, and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams. 
  • Support business development activities, including the creation of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations. 
  • Ensure high standards of quality, data security, and compliance in all project deliverables.
Let's talk about you

  • 3+ years of hands-on functional & technical experience with Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)
  • 2+ years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud, Adobe Real Time CDP, Segment, mParticle, Tealium, Treasure Data, or equivalent)
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering 3+ end-to-end marketing technology implementations
  • Demonstrated experience in client advisory, solution architecture, and stakeholder management. 
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration with marketing platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is a must.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate experience with agile methodologies and complex stakeholder environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience in client advisory, solution architecture, and stakeholder management. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Experience developing and reviewing materials for business proposals (e.g., RFPs, RFIs). 
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, data privacy regulations, and how technology enables marketing effectiveness. 
  • Languages - Fluent in English and Dutch or French
