Your journey with us

Given our growth and ambitions, we are currently looking for a passionate Senior Consultant Public Sector with a focus on control systems of European funding programs.

You verify with your team efficiently if the financial project reports and the supporting documents meet the program requirements that our clients designed. You advise our clients to improve their control system design via challenges of their control system and via bench marking.

Together with the dynamic, multidisciplinary team of motivated colleagues you are responsible in offering tailor-made solutions to our clients which have direct impact on their day to day working environment.


  • Work in the Public Sector for Advisory services
  • Lead client projects independently or within a team and engaging the team to deliver high quality output
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understanding client needs based on a strong understanding of Public Organizations
  • Work on engagements with a strong focus on the design, improvement and verification of financial and administrative control-systems and project administrations, including effective project and people management on client engagements
  • Manage diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
  • Have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture organization
  • Direct, review and present client reports and presentations
  • You will be part of the future development of the team and the services for Public Sector, which can include serving as a career counselor or developing strong proposals for our (potential) clients.



Let’s talk about you


  • You obtained a master degree
  • You have a strong financial and/or operational background and 4+ years of relevant work experience; experience in audit or consulting is an asset
  • You have a passion or proven experience in and knowledge of financial and administrative control-systems and project administration
  • You have a strong interest in European funding programmes (ERDF, Interreg, Agricultural Funds, Recovery & Resilience Facility & Horizon 2020)
  • You are a hands-on person, result-oriented and quality-driven and you have an eye for automation opportunities and technology tools to support controls
  • You have excellent project and time management skills, as well as social and communication skills
  • You have experience with directing, preparing, reviewing and presenting client reports and presentations
  • You have fluent language skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Experience or knowledge of public procurement law are a clear asset.
