We are looking for experienced professionals to join Monitor Deloitte’s growing and dynamic Commercial Excellence practice.
Within the Commercial excellence practice we help our clients create new business insights and a direct impact on their profitability & revenue generation by combining our strategy expertise with advanced data analytical techniques, we embed analytics and dashboard as standard enablers and provide our clients with toolkits to realize their ambitions.
Our Commercial Excellence team covers a wide variety of topics, but all very closely connected. Going from segmentation and channel strategy to pricing and commercial value proposition to Salesforce effectiveness and value selling.
Your Challenge
As a member of our Monitor Deloitte CE team, you will work with Executives from many of the leading companies developing on a broad range of complex strategy engagements. You will contribute to a wide range of projects within the commercial excellence domain, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing:
• Having quality discussions with clients, demonstrating creativity combined with strong expertise on commercial excellence;
• Supporting the client in determining its ambition and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute;
• Independent delivery of engagements, including leading the approach, liaising with stakeholders, and directing activities of the project team;
• Coaching and development of more junior resources on projects and business development activities;
• In addition, you will play an active role in business development activities, supporting the growth of our Commercial excellence practice;
• Developing compelling and robust internal propositions and client facing proposals;
• Involvement in business development and sales activities.

Let's talk about you

• Excellent Masters or MBA degree from a reputable university;
• Over five years of relevant work experience either at a top consultancy practice or in a commercial function in the business.
• Profound knowledge and proven track record in dealing with growth, revenue and performance management strategies such as profitability management, go to market strategy and salesforce effectiveness etc.;
• Insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks;
• Ability to plan, structure and prepare client ready-work;
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate complex ideas to all levels of an organization, and effectively lead and manage all key stakeholders;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into meaningfull insights
• Experienced team and project leader with an enthusiastic, positive, 'can do' attitude;
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness;
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
