Our professionals work with companies to evaluate and develop sustainable strategies that can help drive toward near-term and long-term results, and support companies in the implementation of such strategies.

With a strong understanding of the sustainability challenges our clients face, you will take a key role in our Sustainability team focusing on one or more of the three following domains:

  • Develop Sustainability strategies
  • Support organization from strategy to reporting
  • Develop impactful sustainability disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with reporting directives (CSRD, Eu taxonomy, etc.)
  • Decarbonize businesses


You will:
  • Develop meaningful sustainability strategies, supported by double materiality exercise, the definition of targets, actions, and KPI’s to support those strategies
  • Support organization with regards to their sustainability disclosures, ensuring right & impactful messaging
  • Ensure compliance towards reporting directives such as CSRD, EU taxonomy, Climate risk Assessment, etc. helping organizations towards their transformation & compliance journey
  • Help organizations decarbonize by calculating footprints, setting targets, and developing decarbonization actions & pathways towards Net zero
  • Participate in the career and performance development of the Deloitte Risk Advisory practice by serving as a career coach, training consultants and providing timely and specific performance feedback;
  • Be trained and coached in order to develop your knowledge and skills, management and business development capabilities.

Let's talk about you

  • You have a master’s degree in economics or engineering or equally by experience
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sustainability;
  • You have a strong knowledge of sustainability reporting directives (CSRD, EU taxonomy, Climate risk assessment, Double materiality, TCFD, etc.)
  • You have an affinity with technology, are familiar with analytics tools and techniques, as well as the developments and trends in automation;
  • You combine technical expertise with a drive for project management;
  • Your approach is client and result oriented and you have excellent social, communication and presentation skills;
  • You can express yourself fluently in English, Dutch and French.
