We are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager to strengthen our HR Transformation team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of business strategy and leading HR technology, driving enterprise-scale transformations powered by SAP SuccessFactors.
You will shape and lead complex HR technology projects, with the purpose of helping clients transform their HR function by leveraging technology, improving processes and delivering successful HRIS implementations.
You'll be a trusted advisor and change catalyst — partnering with HR, Business and Digital leaders and cross-functional teams to reimagine people operations, unlock organizational agility, and deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you will engage in the following activities:
- Lead end-to-end HR technology transformation projects, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Advise clients on HR technology strategy, HR operating models and process optimization enabled by SuccessFactors and related HR solutions.
- Understand how AI and emerging technologies can elevate client experience and drive competitive advantage
- Skilled at connecting Advise and Operate to ensure holistic, sustained value delivery
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and governance across complex HR technology programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR, business and IT stakeholders throughout the SuccessFactors transformation journey.
- Drive the implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring business value realization.
- Contribute to business development activities, proposal writing and the growth of Deloitte's HR Strategy & Technology practice.
- Coach and support project teams while continuously deepening your expertise across the SAP SuccessFactors suite and broader HR technology landscape.
Let’s talk about you
- 5–8+ years of experience managing HRIS, HCM, ERP or Digital HR transformation projects.
- Strategic thinker with deep project management discipline
- Strong project management experience, including planning, budgeting, governance, stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar solutions and an eagerness to expand your SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.
- Good understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Performance Management, Time Management and/or Payroll.
- Proven ability to bridge business and technology stakeholders and drive successful transformation outcomes.
- Comfortable in ambiguity; energized by complexity
- Commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to business growth and client relationship development.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent English skills and professional fluency in Dutch and/or French.
