Ons Strategy, M&A en Finance team begeleidt familiebedrijven, snelgroeiende ondernemingen en KMO's rond de ontwikkeling van hun (groei)strategie en de implementatie van deze strategie. Specifiek voor de strategie afdeling binnen het team zoeken we versterking, waarbij de focus ligt op het analyseren en uitwerken van de strategische richting van onze klanten.  Onze pragmatische aanpak zorgt ervoor dat strategieën goed gedefinieerd en effectief uitgevoerd worden. We vertalen de uitdagingen van de klanten naar opportuniteiten voor groei en/of transformatie door gerichte marktanalyses, interne analyses en workshops om tot strategische beslissingen te komen die gedragen worden door het management team en aandeelhouders.

  • Als lid van ons Strategy, M&A en Finance team help je onze klanten bij het aanpakken van bedrijfskritische vraagstukken en ondersteun je managementteams bij het vinden van oplossingen voor complexe strategische dilemma's.
  • Je draagt bij aan een breed scala aan projecten in verschillende sectoren, waarbij je onze klanten helpt om te gaan met de uitdagingen waarmee ze worden geconfronteerd, gerelateerd aan de bedrijfs-, duurzaamheids-, klant- en/of digitale strategie.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met klanten en ontwikkelt een begrip van hun behoeften op basis van hun huidige en toekomstige bedrijfsuitdagingen.
  • Je biedt onze klanten een toekomstgerichte kijk op de belangrijkste strategische onderwerpen die hen beïnvloeden; je ondersteunt de klant bij het bepalen van zijn strategie en het definiëren van de juiste reeks initiatieven en projecten om deze strategie uit te voeren.
  • Je adviseert familiebedrijven bij hun groeiproblemen, transformatie of internationale ambities; de meerderheid van de klanten bevindt zich in Vlaanderen; je werkt samen met het managementteam en/of de eigenaar van het bedrijf.
  • Je gaat op zoek naar consensus binnen de organisatie tijdens individuele besprekingen en workshops met diverse teams.

Let’s talk about you

  • Je hebt 2 tot 7 jaar relevante ervaring op het gebied van strategie en/of consultancy;
  • Je bent pragmatisch, doelgericht en je hebt een passie voor familiebedrijven en hun dagelijkse uitdagingen;
  • Je beschikt over een gedegen en breed strategisch inzicht, waarmee je complexe vraagstukken vanuit verschillende invalshoeken benadert;
  • Je bent analytisch van geest en je hebt expertise in het kritisch analyseren en interpreteren van uitgebreide datasets, waaronder marktinzichten, concurrentieanalyses en financiële bedrijfsdata;
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar de werking van organisaties, inclusief hun structuur, governance en bedrijfsprocessen, en je durft de status quo met een kritische blik uit te dagen;
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het toepassen van Artificiële Intelligentie (AI), waaronder het formuleren van gerichte prompts om waardevolle inzichten te genereren;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een bijkomende troef.
