Deloitte Private delivers a wide range of services to family enterprises, privately-owned companies, private equity funds/houses and emerging growth companies. It is an important market segment, across different areas: strategy, finance, human capital, operations, technology, risk, tax, legal and audit.  
Our Deloitte Private team is responsible to develop and implement the go-to-market of Deloitte Private’s strategic clients. 

You will work closely together with the Deloitte Private Chief of Staff and you will help the Deloitte Private Chief of Staff and Deloitte Private Managing Partner with the stratification and operationalization of the Deloitte Private strategy. 

This will include for example the following: 
  • You will track and monitor the practice performance including monthly reporting, yearly budget, reforecast and ad-hoc analysis;
  • You will work with key account leaders in private market segment: assisting them with developing their strategic plans, identifying new market opportunities, and go-to-market initiatives;
  • You will support our regional leaders to bring the Deloitte Private strategy to our clients;
  • You will collaborate with our international network of strategy associates for regional or global initiatives;
  • As a member of the Markets team you will contribute to continuous improvement projects and new ways of working.
Let's talk about you
  • You have a bachelor degree (with a first professional working experience in a service driven organization) or a master degree;
  • A self-starter who is proactive and flexible with the ability within a dynamic team in a com-plex, fast moving and volatile environment;
  • You have a structured approach and you have good organizational skills;
  • An appetite for getting things done and show commitment and enthusiasm;
  • Critical mindset with the ability to identify relevant insights from data to continuously im-prove processes;
  • Mature and smart communicator to build strong relationships within our organization
  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English;
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office applications and keen to get acquainted with new tools and business applications.
