We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our expanding and dynamic Commercial Excellence (CE) team at Monitor Deloitte. This role focuses on helping clients enhance their profitability and revenue through data-driven insights and strategic pricing initiatives. 

Our CE team covers a wide variety of topics, but all very closely connected. Going from segmentation and channel strategy to pricing and commercial value proposition to Salesforce effectiveness and value selling.

Your Challenge
As a Pricing Manager, you will combine your strategic expertise with advanced analytical techniques to provide impactful solutions to complex business challenges:
  • Lead pricing strategy engagements for top-tier clients, working closely with senior executives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that directly impact clients' profitability and revenue generation.
  • Independently manage projects, including approach development, stakeholder engagement, and project team direction.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members on projects and business development activities.
  • Support business development efforts, including preparing client proposals and contributing to growth initiatives.
  • Drive the development of internal propositions and client-facing materials.
  • Participate in sales and business development activities to expand the reach of our Commercial Excellence practice.
Let's talk about you
  • Master’s or MBA degree from a top-tier university.
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in consultancy or pricing/commercial functions.
  • Expertise in pricing methodologies (e.g., conjoint, MCDA, regression models) and handling various pricing challenges, including strategy, setting, and execution.
  • Familiarity with innovative pricing schemes, contracting agreements, and pricing software/data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights, paired with excellent communication to present complex ideas clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and projects with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a plus, with strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
