• Be part of a dynamic team that takes a practical and business-focused approach to helping companies integrate sustainability into their strategy and operations with the goal of supporting inclusive sustainable business growth. Our professionals work with companies to evaluate and develop sustainable strategies that can help drive toward near-term and long-term results.

• As a member of our Strategy and Performance team, you will help our clients to address business-critical issues, and support management teams in finding solutions to answering complex strategic dilemmas.

• Specifically related to the sustainability challenges our clients face, you will take a key role on one or more of the following domains:

o Sustainability an inclusive growth strategy;

o Identification and assessment of material ESG topics;

o Sustainability reporting according to latest standards and guiding regulatory frameworks.

• You will contribute to a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients cope with the challenges they are facing, linked to the corporate, sustainability, customer and/or digital strategy of the SME.

• You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and an understanding of their needs based on their current and upcoming business and ESG challenges.

• You will provide our clients with a forward-looking view of the most important strategic topics affecting them; Support the client in determining its strategy and defining the right set of initiatives & projects to execute upon this strategy.

• You will advise family owned (private) companies with their growth challenges, transformation, or international ambitions; the majority of the clients are located in Flanders; you will work with the management team and very often the owner of the company.

Let’s talk about you

• You have more than 5 years relevant experience in the fields of sustainability and/or strategy;

• You have a strong interest in ESG policy areas related to environment, social and governance aspects, emissions reduction, helping companies set-up and implement their ESG Strategy up to supporting their reporting processes, with a proven ability to translate policy developments to potential business impacts;

• You have a genuine curiosity for understanding how organizations operate (business processes), challenge the status-quo, and have a critical mind-set;

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
