Your journey with us

We are looking for a manager to strengthen our Finance @ EU Center of Excellence.

You apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with EU institutions leaders. 

You support the EU institutions in a wide range of various projects from strategy definition to implementation by: 

  • Bringing your expertise in the fields of digital finance, performance management (planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting) and cost management
  • Managing and delivering high quality projects with European Institutions’ teams
  • Managing and strengthening the client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Further developing our footprint within the European Institutions
  • Further completing our finance offering with new innovative services
  • Taking part in key decisions that will drive the future of our business
  • Participating to the recruitment process and help our team grow
  • Coaching and training younger resources and help them evolve

Let’s talk about you



 

  • Minimum 10 years relevant industry, business, consulting and technological professional experience
  • You have a prior experience in the European Institutions in the field of financial management and want to take part in their further development
  • You want to work in an international and dynamic environment
  • You have been actively involved in transformation and consulting project work
  • You have experience with finance and reporting tools such as SAP, Anaplan and Qlik (Sense)
  • You are creative and eager to innovate
  • You have strong business development skills and a proven relevant industry network
  • You can communicate with all levels in an organisation, including C-level
  • You are willing to travel in the European Union on a regular basis
  • You are fluent in English and French (written, spoken) - Any other European language, such as Dutch, is an asset
