Our Transformational Change team partners with leading companies and public institutions to accelerate transformation’s value realization by empowering leaders, teams, and individuals to navigate change and scale and speed. We shape human-centered, digital and AI-powered change through a dual focus: designing compelling transformation experiences while establishing robust change architectures to enable and sustain impact. As a (Senior) Manager, You will:
  • Shape people strategies that align seamlessly with business transformation goals—so the strategy doesn’t just look good, it delivers.
  • Align leadership around a common vision, building the commitment and capability to lead transformation from the top. You’ll help executives understand their critical role in modelling change and driving cultural shifts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering insight into emerging change trends, AI-powered enablers, and bold new ways of working. You’ll guide organizations through the complexities of digital and AI transformation with confidence and clarity.
  • Design and execute innovative change strategies —combining creativity and structure to design impactful communications, immersive workshops, fit-for-purpose learning paths, and engaging experiences.
  • Lead AI adoption and activation initiatives, helping organizations move from hype to habit. You’ll design and implement strategies that build worker AI fluency, establish trust, and embed new skills, behaviors, and team dynamics that enable sustainable AI adoption.
  • Use behavioural and system insights to measure what matters, track adoption, adjust the course where needed, and ensure sustainable adoption at every level of the organization. You’ll establish robust change architecture that enables continuous measurement and optimization.
  • Build deep client relationships and offer trusted guidance on trends, best practices, and what it truly takes to shift mindsets and behaviours in light of a digital and AI transformation.
  • Lead strategic bids and client relationships, identifying new opportunities to bring Deloitte’s Transformational Change perspective to market, particularly around AI adoption and value realization at scale.
  • Drive thought leadership, share your voice in the market, and play a key role in growing our team and our impact.

Let's talk about you

  • You bring 6–8 years of experience in organizational and digital transformation in large organizations —helping clients move from change initiatives to lasting business impact.
  • You’ve operated in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within management consulting where you’ve managed multiple stakeholder groups and navigated ambiguity with confidence
  • You understand the human implications of technology adoption, are fluent in the language of AI, and excited by how digital tools and data can unlock new ways of working.
  • You’re not just delivering projects—you’re building long-term client relationships and driving growth. You think commercially and understand how to position change initiatives as business value drivers.
  • You have a proven track record in leading complex change efforts—including leadership engagement and complex stakeholder management, and multi-level organizational change
  • You have hands-on experience with key change activities, and you know how to elevate them to drive real impact.
  • You think beyond the standard playbook. You’re a creative problem-solver, eager to bring innovation and bold ideas to every engagement. You challenge conventional wisdom and design transformation experiences that truly resonate.
  • You have a strong business acumen: you understand how value is created in an organization and how humans can create competitive differentiation.
  • You build trust easily—with executives, teams, and your own colleagues.
  • You’re commercially savvy, with a strong sense of account management, and ready to help grow our business with purpose and impact.
  • You communicate with confidence in English, French, and Dutch.
