As a Manager/Senior Manager, You will:
- Shape people strategies that align seamlessly with digital and business transformation goals—so the strategy doesn’t just look good, it delivers.
- Align leadership around a common vision, building the commitment and capability to lead transformation from the top.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, offering insight into emerging change trends, digital enablers, and bold new ways of working.
- Deign and execute innovative change strategies —combining creativity and structure to design impactful communications, immersive workshops, fit-for-purpose training, and engaging experiences.
- Use system and behavioral insights and data to measure what matters, track adoption, adjust the course where needed, and ensure sustainable adoption at every level of the organization.
- Build deep client relationships and offer trusted guidance on trends, best practices, and what it truly takes to shift mindsets and behaviours in light of a digital transformation.
- Lead strategic bids and client relationships, identifying new opportunities to bring Deloitte’s Transformational Change perspective to market.
- Drive thought leadership, share your voice in the market, and play a key role in growing our team and our impact.
Let's talk about you
- You bring 6–8 years of experience in organizational and digital transformation—helping clients move from change initiatives to lasting impact.
- You’ve operated in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within management consulting
- You’re fluent in the language of technology (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft etc.) and excited by how digital tools and data can unlock new ways of working.
- You’re not just delivering projects—you’re building long-term client relationships and driving growth.
- You have a proven track record in leading complex change efforts—including leadership engagement and complex stakeholder management.
- You think beyond the standard playbook. You’re a creative problem-solver, eager to bring innovation and bold ideas to every engagement.
- You have hands-on experience with key change activities— stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis, communications, training, workshop design, .. —and you know how to elevate them.
- You build trust easily—with executives, teams, and your own colleagues.
- You’re commercially savvy, with a strong sense of account management, and ready to help grow our business with purpose and impact.
- You communicate with confidence in English, French, and Dutch.
