As a Management Assistant you will be a key contributor to the success of our Partners and Directors, providing essential support while working closely with a dynamic and inspiring leadership team. You will be their trusted go-to person, always staying one step ahead in a fast-paced and exciting environment. Your day-to-day will involve a variety of impactful tasks, including:

  • Calendar and Agenda Management: You will keep our leaders organized and on track by scheduling calls and meetings, managing calendar conflicts, and coordinating logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Communication and Presentation Support: You will play a key role in crafting business communications and presentations—ensuring that both the layout and content make a lasting impression.
  • Team Lifesaver: You will be the one who knows where to find crucial information and what actions need to be taken. When something needs to get done, you’re the person who gets it done, making the work lives of our leadership team easier and more efficient.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also tackle a variety of tasks that will keep you challenged and engaged, such as:

  • Email and Correspondence Management: Handling incoming and outgoing messages with professionalism and discretion.
  • Event Coordination: From client meetings to team events, you’ll make sure everything is perfectly organized and seamlessly executed.
  • Travel Coordination: You will manage travel requests, arranging everything from flights to hotels, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the team.
As you grow in your role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on exciting additional responsibilities, such as project administration or supporting new team members as a mentor.
Let's talk about you

We are searching for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in the face of change. You should be a natural problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills, both in English and Dutch/French. In addition, we would love to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree in office management or a similar field;
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Management Assistant or in a similar administrative support role;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a strong command of both written and spoken English and Dutch/French.;
  • A keen eye for detail with a focus on consistency and improvement;
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team;
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure;
