We are seeking an experienced Fulfilment Technologies Consultant to join our dynamic team, with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and/or Order Management Systems (OMS).

As a consultant, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing fulfilment solutions that meet our clients' needs and improve their operational performance. You will perform diverse activities such as

Collaborating with clients to understand their fulfilment processes, identify areas for improvement and translate into business requirements.
Conduct detailed assessments of current systems and workflows.
Design and implement WMS, TMS, and OMS solutions tailored to client requirements.
Provide expert advice on best practices and industry standards for fulfilment technologies.
Support project teams in the deployment and integration of fulfilment systems.
Train and support client staff on new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet client expectations.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in fulfilment technologies.

Let's talk about you

We are looking for candidates with following qualifications:

Preferably, you have a Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with a specialization in the field of Supply Chain / Logistics. Having an APICS or other Supply Chain / Operations certificate is an asset.
You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics & Distribution related functions such as warehousing, transportation or order management & servicing.
You have prior experience in implementing fulfillment technologies (warehouse management & control systems, transportation / yard management systems, real time transport visibility platforms, order management systems,..)
You have strong analytical skills and a digital acumen
You are a team player, and you have an intellectual curiosity and drive to continuously learn
You are open to work in an international environment, abroad if needed
You have strong communication skills and you are fluent in English. Good knowledge of an additional language is an advantage
