Join Deloitte's Organization and Workforce Transformation (OWT) practice as a Senior Manager in our Financial Services Human Capital team. You'll lead transformational engagements with major banks and insurers on organizational redesign, workforce strategy, operating model modernization, and AI impact & automation. Sponsored by our Financial Services Partner, you'll be at the heart of our strategy to expand this practice.

As a key driver of this expansion, you'll bring deep industry expertise into building relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying transformation opportunities, and delivering real impact on how financial institutions work and develop their people. You'll shape the future of Financial Services by leveraging your insider knowledge while developing new skills alongside experienced consultants and cross-functional teams to establish Deloitte as the market leader in Financial Services Human Capital transformation.

Your responsibilities:
Client Leadership & Advisory
  • Lead transformational engagements on future organization design, workforce strategy, operating model redesign, leadership evolution, and change management
  • Translate deep understanding of financial institutions into compelling solutions
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and become a trusted advisor
Business Development & Market Growth
  • Identify and shape market opportunities within your Financial Services network
  • Develop proposals that convert into client engagements
Team & Practice Development
  • Coach junior team members and support their professional growth
  • Develop methodologies, assets, and thought leadership in FS transformation
  • Build the team's market reputation

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Data & AI, Strategy, M&A, and Technology teams to co-create integrated solutions
  • Bridge industry operations and human capital transformation

Let's talk about you
  • 8–10+ years in a core business or enabling function role at a major bank or insurer (Corporate Office, Transformation, Operations, Claims, IT, Finance, Risk, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of financial institution operations with proven track record driving organizational transformation & Strategic Change.
  • Strategic thinker who translates industry insights and business challenges into advisory and organizational solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen in business development, proposal writing, and relationship management; ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, scope engagements, and structure complex problems.
  • Project management and client delivery skills with ability to connect strategic goals to organizational models. Consulting background is a plus.
  • Passionate about the future of work, organizational design, and technology/AI impact
  • Collaborative generalist comfortable across multiple transformation topics who builds trust and supports talent development.
  • Fluent in English & Dutch and/or French
