We assist our clients in a variety of HR transformation topics and strategic HR plans for the future: being future-proof, organizational efficiencies, automation and many others.


Your Journey with Us

We are looking for an experienced (Senior) HR Transformation Manager to strengthen our team. At Deloitte, you'll have access to continuous learning and development programs, ensuring you stay at the forefront of the Human Capital field. In this role, you will engage in the following activities:


  • Trusted Advisor: Become a trusted advisor to our clients in transforming their HR functions, enhancing the efficiency of HR service delivery, and positioning HR as a High Impact player in the business. Additionally, you will create strategic roadmaps for the HR domain within our clients' organizations.

  •  Project Leadership: Guide clients and project teams through assessing the current HR function, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing recommendations to achieve a best-in-class HR function.

 

  • Business Growth: Help our business grow through impactful business development - organize and lead bid teams.

 

  • HR Transformation Mindset: Proactively carry our HR Transformation mindset and High Impact model to the market.

 

  • Continuous Learning: Continuously develop your knowledge and insights on HR trends, HR service delivery models, core HR processes, and the use of enabling technology in the HR world. 


About You

 

  • Experience: at least 7 years of relevant domain experience, including client-facing consulting experience.

 

  • Passion for HR Transformation: You have a proven track record in leading HR transformations and achieving sustainable high impact results.

 

  • Project Management: You are a dedicated project manager with skills in defining project scopes and budgets, writing proposals, managing resources, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and reporting on status.

 

  • Commercial Acumen: You have a commercial attitude and can make an impact that matters on the development of our business.

 

  • Technological Affinity: You have a strong affinity with and understanding of technology and the ways it transforms todays way of working.

 

  • Language Skills: You have excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French or Dutch
