We are seeking an experienced SAP Manager to join our Project Management & Delivery team. As an SAP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of SAP projects, ensuring they meet our clients' strategic objectives. You will lead a team of consultants and collaborate closely with clients to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Your role will involve both strategic oversight and hands-on project management to ensure the highest quality of service. 

Key Responsibilities:


Project Management: 
  • Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, from initial planning to execution and closure. 
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. 
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients to communicate project updates, risks, and issues. 
Team Leadership: 
  • Mentor and manage a team of SAP consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth. 
  • Coordinate with other Deloitte teams and departments to leverage internal expertise and resources. 
Client Engagement: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters. 
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and tailor SAP solutions to meet their requirements. 
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, value-added services and solutions. 
Technical Expertise: 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, methodologies, and industry trends. 
  • Provide expert advice on SAP best practices, system architecture, and integration strategies. 
  • Oversee the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions. 
Quality Assurance: 
  • Implement and enforce project management standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes. 
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with Deloitte's quality standards. 
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Let's talk about you

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project management and delivery, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and integration points.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
